Job Summary:

We seeking a hot shot with integrity. A Professional, with ambition, backbone, and vision. An experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments. Experience with custom ERP system is a huge plus. Understanding reporting & data, and truly enjoying it along with sawdust running through your veins is our goal person. Equally, exerience moving millwork, windows and doors. is favored. The Operations Manager runs the heart of what we do. It is the most respected position we have.

- Improve overall operational efficiency

- Supervise and provide leadership.

- Monitor and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate processes and enhance productivity

- Manage resources to meet production dates and minimize costs

- Identify training and execute learning.

- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations

- Drive sales growth with creative strategies and customer relationship management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry

- Strong business acumen with a focus on profit loss analysis and financial management

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire our team

- Ability to CREATE a fast-paced environment

Pay: $67,378.00 - $165,000.00 per year
