BUHS is excited to announce an opening for a special educator to work with our social studies department. The teacher in this position will be responsible for case management of a small number of students, as well as teaching some special education social studies classes and supporting special education students in the general education setting. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in communicating and creating relationships with students, a strong background in teaching social studies and English skills to small groups, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with general educatoon peers regarding access to special education.
