BRATTLEBORO UNION HIGH SCHOOLMATH ACADEMIC SUPPORT TEACHERBrattleboro Union High School has an opening for an Math department Academic Support Teacher beginning in the 2024/2025 school year. Candidates for this position should have an understanding of research-based practices for math instruction, intervention, and assessment, an ability to work well on a team, and the flexibility to work with a number of different students both in the classroom and in small group settings. Candidates for this position will also help with family outreach and engagement in the school community. An understanding of the Vermont MTSS structure and approach is beneficial.
Successful candidates will be able to discuss their experiences working the students from historically marginalized demographic groups. Candidates should be licensed, or licensable, in the State of Vermont.
