To develop within each student an understanding of the components of health-related fitness, an appreciation for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, an acute sense of fair play, a desire to regularly participate in physical education curriculum, and a focus on positive self-concept gained through active participation.The instructor will teach classes to grade levels 5th -8th.
