Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers throughout the marketing and purchasing process
  • Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices
  • Showcase and present properties to prospective buyers
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and sales
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently while fostering positive relationships
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years or older
