Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guidance and support to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
- Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions
- Promote listings through various marketing techniques, such as advertisements and open houses
- Conduct property viewings and address clients' questions or concerns
- Prepare and complete necessary documentation for transactions

- Proven track record of successful sales in real estate
