Windber Woods Senior Living & Rehabilitation Center is looking for Certified Nurse's Assistants for the 3p-11p shift Full Time, Part Time and Casual.

Windber Woods Senior Living is offering a $1,200 sign-on bonus for FULL-TIME Certified Nurse's Assistants (CNA's). Per Diem or casual positions do not qualify for the bonus. Bonuses will be paid in increments over a specified period.

Windber Woods’ skilled nursing is Medicare and Medicaid certified for all 127 beds. We offer both short-term rehabilitation for skilled nursing and post-acute therapy and long-term placement for those residents who require a full-time care environment.

Requirements:

• Current CNA License
• Previous experience as a Certified Nurse Aide
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively

Duties include but not limited to:

• Follow work assignment, and/or work schedules in completing and performing your assigned tasks
• Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors.
• Give or assist residents with bath functions (i.e. bed bath, tub or shower bath, etc.).
• Assist residents with daily dental and mouth care (i.e. brushing teeth/dentures, oral hygiene, special mouth care, etc.)
• Position bedfast residents in correct and comfortable position. (Q2 hrs. and PRN).
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc. in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur.
