Position Summary

The Vactor Technician Laborer is responsible for providing labor support to our field service technicians. This position assists in running our Hydro Vac trucks, completing sewer or storm cleaning, and hydro digs.

Location: Holbrook, MA

Requirements: Driver’s license and Customer Service attitude

Pay: $23.44- $26.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in the running equipment and completing repairs.
• Provide manual labor assistance to technicians in the field including digging & landscaping.
• Load and unload vehicle.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, tools, and hoses.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work on-call rotations as needed.
• Must comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Must practice safe work methods to remain accident and injury free.

Work Environment

• You are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, non- hazardous fumes, and noise.
• Must be comfortable working independently.

• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to speak, cooperate, and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment/ drug screen, medical certification, and physical exams as required per position.
• Must be able to work overtime including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work on-call rotations as needed.
• Must comply with all DOT regulations.
• Must practice safe work methods to remain accident and injury free.
• Must wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for your job.
