The Corporate Director of Finance position is responsible for the accounting operations of the multiple entities of the company. This includes, but not limited to, the production of timely and periodic financial statements, maintenance of a system of accounting records, and a proven set of internal controls designed to minimize risk and provide financial records that meet the standards and comply with generally accepted accounting principles. The position is fully responsible for management information reporting that enhances the accuracy of the business financial position. The Corporate Director of Finance reports directly to the company's CEO and COO.
