Manufacturing Production Worker

University City, Missouri • Full-time

Pay starting from $12 to $15 / hour based on skills test working in a variety of different positions. That’s over $100 a day for most offers! Winco is currently hiring for day and evening shifts. These are full-time positions with overtime opportunities and the possibility of direct hire with benefits and advancement within the company.

We are located close to the metro link and metro bus stops with lots of gated parking for personal vehicles just north of the U-City Loop.

For direct hires, we offer one week paid vacation after 6 months of full-time employment and sick days after 90 days of full-time employment. After one year of full-time employment an additional one week paid vacation is added to the benefits package. Two weeks of paid vacation in the first year of employment, plus sick days!

Positions available:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Good communication skills and able to take instruction
• Must be at work on time and every day
• Be able to stand and work for 8 hours a day
• Availability for Saturday mandatory overtime sessions
• Must wear appropriate PPE at all times and follow safety procedures
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass HPE [Human Performance Evaluation] and drug/alcohol test

Additional skills (not all required for every position):

• Hand tool skills including; hammer, screw gun, hand drill, impact wrench, clamps, and other small hand tools.
• Ability to read measurements and communicate about measurements down to the 1/32 of an inch.
• Experience using a caulk gun and tooling caulking or sealant.
• Computer skills including; interactions with inventory systems, printing and copying documents, answering and replying to emails.
• Reading Blueprint/fabrication drawings.
• Experience with CNC equipment.
• Experience with dies working, drilling, and cutting equipment.
• Forklift operation.
• Overhead hoist and crane operations.
