Winco Window Company is Hiring an Estimating Manager Near University, MO
The successful applicant will be able to:
- Oversee a team of estimators and work with internal departments to ensure work goals are met.
- Receive and review Requests for Quotes received from Sales Rep.
- Produce an accurate and timely Quote.
- Work with Internal and External sources to obtain missing information.
- Meet deadlines and stay focused on multiple jobs in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have the ability to clearly communicate with co-workers and sales representatives to resolve issues.
- Ensure any changes are documented and proper signatures are obtained.
- Ensure all job information is received and entered into the system accurately.
- Previous management experience.
- Good math aptitude.
- Detail-oriented.
- Computer literate in a windows-based environment (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, need to work on and track multiple jobs in a fast-paced work environment.
- Be able to effectively work with both internal and external contacts.
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to read architectural drawings, blueprints, or take-offs.
- Window or construction experience is a plus.
- Associate’s degree preferred or related work experience.
- Customer service experience is a plus.

- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle and talk, and hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop or crouch.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
- This is a full-time position.
- Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8 hours per day.
- Overtime as needed.
- This position is an office position with no travel or fieldwork.
