As our IT & Cyber Security Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, building, implementing, and maintaining both IT infrastructure and cyber security systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT systems, as well as systems and controls to safeguard against cybersecurity threats and compliance risks. This role requires a strong technical background in IT, and cybersecurity with excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field or relevant years of experience
• 8 years of experience in IT security management, with a strong background in cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF), and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, encryption, and authentication mechanisms
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions
• Proven track record of managing security incidents, conducting forensic investigations, and implementing security best practices
• Change and configuration management experience

What will you be Accountable for?

• Design and planning of IT infrastructure as a technical SME
• Deploy, manage, and maintain the IT security strategy to meet Winchester’s goals and objectives
• Hands-on execution of technical project work for strategic priorities. Support and maintain the operations of existing and new security tools, including Tanium, Crowdstrike Falcon, Rapid 7, Splunk, and more
• Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks and threats to our organization's information assets
• Deliver and manage security training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and third-party vendors
• Establish a change and configuration management program
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and security partners
• Support the development and enforcement of IT security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with NIST CSF and CMMC

How will you Collaborate?

As the IT & Cyber Security Lead, you partner with the Director of IT to implement both IT and cyber security technologies corporate-wide. Work closely with the business units to seek feedback and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate-wide technologies, resources, policies, and best practices. Integrate services and support from the Aptiv Security Operations Center for proactive guidance and reactive incident response.

• Identify and advocate for enhancements in IT & Cyber Security resources, structure, policies, procedures, and practices
• Seek feedback and work with the director of IT to improve the timeliness and quality of corporate-wide technologies, resources, policies, standards, and practices
• Design, build, modify, and share tools necessary to support corporate-wide technology initiatives

• Recommend proactive measures to enhance our security posture
• Invoke security controls and technologies to detect and prevent unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats
• Institute a risk management framework & ensure business continuity
• Communicate the importance of security awareness
• Reinforce vendor security requirements and SLAs
• Advance the IT Change Management program
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and assess compliance levels
