**Assembler II**

Manufacturing Management Haverhill, Massachusetts **What were looking for:**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assembler II who would enjoy working in a fun, collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role is an exciting and essential part of our team who assembles the unique products we sell to our customers worldwide! You will be working with the assembly team to build and inspect our products to ensure quality and precision. In this role you will have the ability to directly impact the growth and financial success of Winchester (formerly Dynawave). This role will report to the assembly lead and production manager.

* Assemble fabricated parts to relatively small or light subassemblies and complete units

* Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble units

* Assemble complet jobs, beaded subassemblies, and seit sikder parts

* Be trained in soldering per J-STD-001 and IPC-A-620

Collaborating is essential to provide high quality products for our customers. Key factors include communicating with the team, asking questions when they arise and working together to complete jobs. Working efficiently and effectively as a team will allow all areas of production to work smoothly.

* Identify damaged material and tools

* Verify configuration of piece parts kitted for job

* Rework parts to conforming condition

* Determine tooling required for the assembly when no specific tooling is called out

**Criteria for Success:**

* Education-High School or Equivalent

* 1-2 years experience as an Assembler

* Strong written and verbal communication

**Communication Systems We Use:**

* G-Suite

* Assembly instructions and blueprints
