The Events, Outreach and Branding Coordinator position seeks a candidate to work within the established objectives and policies set by the Director of Marketing. This role entails creating, coordinating, and promoting resident programs and events tailored to both Company and property-specific needs. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating these initiatives to enhance marketability and ensure the highest standard of living for residents. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to vibrant communities where residents feel valued and engaged, within a structured framework guided by marketing objectives.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enrichment outreach strategy aimed at enhancing the community experience for residents.
  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events and programs tailored to the interests and needs of community residents, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement based on demographics, amenities, and location.
  • Assist in planning and executing various programs and events, including coordinating set up and take down, procuring necessary supplies, equipment, and entertainment, to ensure seamless and successful implementation.
  • Maintain a budget for resident programs and events, effectively allocating resources to optimize outcomes and achieve desired results within financial constraints.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, chambers, BID groups, organizations, and service providers to offer exclusive perks and benefits to residents, enhancing the overall value proposition of living in the community.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, while actively seeking new opportunities for collaboration and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of events and a program/services guide, ensuring residents have easy access to information about upcoming activities, programs, and perks available within the community.
  • Collaborate with internal property teams to ensure seamless integration of enrichment activities and perks into the overall resident experience.
  • Conduct research on community interests and trends to gauge involvement in potential events and programs, ensuring that offerings align with resident preferences and maximize participation.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of outreach efforts and partnership initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and resident satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community outreach and enrichment programming, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community culture, where residents feel empowered to participate and contribute to the enrichment initiatives.

Hours are 9am -5pm with some evening and weekend hours.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
