Salary: Hourly Pay - $25-$33 (Dependent on certifications and experience)
We are looking for an Electronic Security Technician to join our team and provide installation and service for CCTV and Access Control systems in the Richmond VA area. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, replacing, setting up, programming and operating the full CCTV and Access Control system for our clients.
Responsibilities:

• Install and service CCTV and Access Control systems according to the specifications and standards of the company and the clients.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues or malfunctions with the CCTV and Access Control systems and provide solutions or repairs as needed.
• Replace or upgrade any defective or outdated components or equipment of the CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Set up, program and operate the CCTV and Access Control systems according to the clients needs and preferences.
• Provide training and support to the clients on how to use and maintain the CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of the installation and service work performed and the materials and equipment used.
• Follow all safety and security protocols and regulations when working with the CCTV and Access Control systems.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in installing or servicing CCTV and/or Access Control systems.
• Knowledge of how to install, service, troubleshoot, replace, set up, program and operate the full CCTV and Access Control system.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the Richmond VA area and occasionally beyond.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies as required.
