```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our team. The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments for our medical office. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical scheduling and possess excellent communication skills.

```Duties```
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients in an efficient and timely manner
- Manage the appointment calendar and ensure efficient use of time slots
- Confirm appointments with patients
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns and directing them as needed
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

```Experience```
- Previous experience in medical office setting preferred - Strong knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
