As an Accounts Receivable/Employer Contribution Specialist, you will be the first step in ensuring that our participants receive the benefits they are entitled to. Wilson-McShane Corporation services hardworking people in various trade unions. Our Accounts Receivable/Employer Contributions team receives contributions and reports from their employers and reconciles and posts the hours and contributions to provide them with their benefits while also balancing daily postings and deposits. 

The schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch.

The Accounts Receivable/Employer Contributions Specialist role is a non-exempt position and includes benefits such as the following:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following qualifications:

• Experience: Two plus years related experience and/or training.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
• Other Skills: Critical thinking, problem solving, and good math aptitude.
