Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment.
- Assist in the installation of pipe for commercial storm, sewers, and water lines.

-Assist Foreman/Pipe Layer with laser set up.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment by conducting regular inspections and maintenance.
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete assigned tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Skills:
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment.
- Experience in digging trenches or excavating areas for construction purposes.
- Familiarity with grader operation for leveling surfaces.

-Carrying Grade

-Knowledge to operate efficiently and safely following OSHA guidelines.

-Knowledge and experience installing pipe.

-DOT Experience (Not required but nice to have)

Requirements:

-Must have experience digging for a pipe crew.

- Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
