Minimum Qualifications:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid California driver's license and a clean DMV record.
• Must be focused on customer service and possess a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must have one year of successful track record cleaning homes and/or commercial properties.
• Must be able to maintain excellent working relationships with co-workers and guests.
• Self motivated with a high level of responsibility and productivity.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work at various Company properties.
• Must be detail oriented.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean as directed by mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, picking up trash, etc.
• Launder bedding, towels, and other items.
• Keeps public access areas clean and maintains areas to employer standards.
• Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Keeps housekeeping storage room neat and organized.
• Report any maintenance or repair problems to the appropriate personnel.
• Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Language Skills:

• Ability to read, write, communicate and understand instructions and correspondence in English.
• Preferably bilingual English/Spanish.
