As our Records Clerk in our Employment department you will have theopportunity to assist in expediting our client’s cases byretrieving pertinent medical and employment records for our clientsand theircases.

DailyTasks :

• Ordermedical records and medicalbills.
• Orderemploymentrecords.
• Electronicallysaves scanned records filing documents under their respectiveclient and matternumbers.
• Reviewsscanned records identifying essential deadlines and information tobe noted byattorneys.
• Requestchecks for medical recordfees.
• Abilityto create a medical matrix in excel detailing medical treatment andcosts.
• Followup with insurance companies and health care providers on claims andrequests.

YourSkills :

• Minimum 2years of experience with Medical and Employment Recordsretrieval.
• Strongattention to detail and organizationalskills.
• Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
• Abilityto type at least 40wpm.
• Litify orSalesforce experience is a hugeplus.
• Spanishfluency is aplus.
