Job Description
Impact:
As our Intake Attorney , you will have the opportunity to engage and sign clients in the areas of wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination.
Daily Tasks:
- Determine viability of potential cases.
- Sell the Firm’s strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign.
- Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends.
- Travel to location to speak with and sign clients.
- Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close.
- At least two years of experience working in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment.
- Ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Strong familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment.
- Compensation range based on experience: $130,000 - $300,000
