Wilmington Optometry is Hiring an Optician Near Wilmington, NC

Energetic Optician to join the Eye Care team at Wilmington Optometry. Primary roles will involve assisting patients with eyewear selections, dispensing, repairing and adjusting frames. This employee will also be responsible for facilitating contact lens orders, including quotes and email follow ups for orders. Contact lens ordering management and tracking, including patient communication regarding shipping delays and pulling trials. Ordering contact lens trials and restocking. Other responsibilities will include assisting with inventory management including frame pricing, exchanges and returns. All team members assist in answering phones, scheduling and insurance verification for appointments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Optical: 1 year (Preferred)
