The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and coordination of special education services for students and families that receive special education. The coordinator will oversee the Lechner Early Education Program (LEEP) and the K-4 Comprehensive Needs Program. This coordinator will report to the Administrator for Student Services and will help to coordinate services and serve as LEA for IEP meetings at the Early Childhood Program as well as for K-4 Comprehensive Needs.
Qualifications: Must hold an IL Professional Educator License (PEL) with endorsement to teach special education (LBS1), or school psychologist, or school social worker, or speech/language pathologist.

Working Conditions:

Actual compensation based on education and experience. The student services work year is extended beyond the teacher’s contract (184 days) by 20 days. The work year begins 10 days before the start of the teacher’s contract and concludes 10 days after the school year ends. $57,516.19 minimum annually (184 days).
