We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience. ```Duties```

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Assist in seating guests according to seating chart or guest preferences

- Manage waitlist during peak hours and provide estimated wait times

- Answer phone calls and take reservations or address guest inquiries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests

- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in a guest service role preferred

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure

- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Toast

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
