Duties:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
- Provide excellent customer service, including friendly and professional interaction with customers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle

Experience:

- Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or van driver preferred
- Familiarity with different types of vehicles such as box trucks, refrigerated trailers, and tractor-trailers is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is beneficial

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
