Willow Valley Communities is Hiring a Bartender Near Willow, PA

Job Description and Responsibilities

Willow Valley is hiring a Bartender for our newly redesigned Manor Culinary Plaza!! The Bartender will be responsible for the extensive knowledge and delivery of the highest quality beverages while delivering timely, accurate and friendly service.

Wage:

  • From $10.00/hr based on experience
  • Tips received

Responsibilities:

  • Greets guests and takes beverage orders from the restaurant servers or directly from guests.
  • Presents drink menus, makes recommendations and answers questions regarding beverages.
  • Mixes drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards.
  • Checks identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
  • Learns the names of patrons and personally recognizes regular patrons.
  • Follows all cash handling procedures as defined by the operation.
  • Ensures that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with the tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.
  • Serves snacks for food times to guests seated at the bar.
  • Prepares garnishes for drinks.
  • Washes and sterilizes glassware.
  • Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
  • One-to-one interaction with Residents and guests which requires an out-going personality, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of bartending experience needed

Hours:

  • Part time 15-20 hours/week

Schedule:

  • Sunday, Monday, Friday
