Willow Street Eye Care is Hiring an Optician Near Willow, PA

  • Willow Street Eye Care is looking for a_ PART TIME_ optician. Our optical department, Hocke Optical, has been serving our community for more than 70 years. Our customers depend on an exceptional level of customer service and we are looking for someone who will be a good addition to our team.

Our ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. One year of experience in the optical or eye care field is REQUIRED.

The typical role of an optician includes fitting a patient for glasses, knowing how to choose the best frame, lenses and products for patients and having at least a basic knowledge of lens materials. In addition, other job requirements include frame adjustments, looking up patients' vision benefits, placing orders, etc

NO WEEKEND HOURS OR LATE NIGHTS.

Our office hours are as follows:
Monday 9-6
Tues-Friday 9-5

Compensation will vary depending on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • No weekends
