Job Summary: Outside Service/Bag Room Attendants is responsible for greeting, servicing, directing, and providing members and guests with excellent customer service. Bag Room attendants ensures members are provided with proper information and a clean, well maintained, fully stocked golf cart.
Essential Job Functions:
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all the following essential duties:
•Assist in storing, staging, and returning of golf carts.
•Detailed and cleanliness of all golf cars.
•See that all carts are accounted for, recharged battery and ready for operation.
•Provided excellent customer service to all members and guests.
•Perform general custodial duties to maintain work areas and ensure all areas are always clean and presentable.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Attention to Detail and the Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
•Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
•All Applicants must be 16 years or older.
•Oral Communications and relational skills.
•Follow and relay oral and written instructions and policies and procedures.
Abilities:
•Prioritize tasks at hand
•Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees
•Operate and maintain equipment (ball dispenser, range picker, leaf blowers, etc.)
•Work outside in varying weather conditions
Physical Demands:
The work is light work which requires exerting up to 30 pounds of weight to move objects. The following physical abilities are required:
•Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position.
•Walking and Running: There are times when the golf course is busy. Employees may have to walking or run quickly up and down a slight ramp or stairs.
•Standing: Particularly for sustained periods of time.
