The Client Success Manager is responsible for supporting a select group of global clients determined by either geography or industry. Role will include supporting the client on the survey participation process for the countries to which they subscribed in the their global data agreement, maintain existing business relationships with global clients, deliver training on our client web-based delivery tools, contributing to client webinars and other administrative duties as required. This position requires product sales and servicing experience, a high desire to learn, self-motivation, and a basic understanding of how our survey data influences compensation planning.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role base on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual qualifications, education/profession certifications, experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000 - $110,000USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
