POSITION: Summer School Music Coordinator

The Summer School Music Coordinator works in collaboration with the Director of the Arts to coordinate schedules, lesson/boot camp teachers, locations, and other operational details of the Williamsville Summer Music Program. The Summer Music Coordinator will report to the Director of the Arts.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must hold a NYS Teaching Certification in Music.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in coordinating and distributing Summer Music schedules for ensembles, band boot camp, and lessons.
• Organize space and room assignments for ensembles, band boot camp, and lessons.
• Maintain appropriate and timely communication with families and student participants regarding Summer Program information and regular updates.
• Update and maintain Summer Music website.
• Work collaboratively with all Summer Music personnel and the Williamsville Music Boosters.
• Serve as liaison during Summer Music rehearsals and concerts.
• Create and maintain detailed records for all Summer Music program operations.
• Assist Director of the Arts with administrative tasks throughout the Summer Music program.
• Other duties as assigned/needed.

The coordinator position includes 15 hours.
