A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC INSTALLER HELPER

As an HVAC Installer Helper, you are the backbone of our company! Each day, you help our team with the proper installation of various heating and cooling products. As you assist your crew and help increase their efficiency, they mentor and train you on everything including how to install packaged rooftop equipment, split system equipment, fiberglass insulation, air devices, and rectangular and round sheet metal ducts. You also help keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized.

Motivated to help and learn, you do whatever is asked of you and pay close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees. To continue expanding your knowledge and skills, you also spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your knowledge and skills. You feel good about learning an essential trade skill and having plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement!
