POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides clerical support to Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee by setting patient appointments, maintaining records and providing customer service.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Workplace Experience:
One year medical office experience and ability to communicate well
Equipment and Skills Training:
Competent in the use of computers, printers, facsimile machines, copy machines, business phones, document scanners and other office equipment and supplies.
Physical Environment:
Office environment.
Physical Effort:
Must be able to sit, stand, communicate in English, both verbally and in written form, squat, reach overhead, operate a computer/keyboard and heard instruction as appropriate.
