Auto Wash Sales Advisor

Williamson Employment Services is currently seeking a Auto Wash Sales Advisor for the Mishawaka area. This company includes great pay and benefits!

Hours : Full time hours may vary, over-time as needed

Duties and responsibilities :

Warmly and genuinely greet every customer. Inquire about the reason for their visit while assessing their vehicle for additional needs that can be addressed through other available services.

Meet and / or exceed company sales goals and expectations.

Correctly charge the services requested using the terminal and accurately operate cash registers.

Update customer information in the database.

Requirements :

Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service / sales role.

Professional and outgoing personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Efficient and comfortable with explanation of services.

Able to genuinely balance a customer oriented and sales results driven approach.

Good physical endurance to withstand the outside weather elements year round.

Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Experience in cash handling and point of sale systems.

Tech savvy ability to work with basic computer functions.

Education -high school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable

Must have at least a year of sales experience

Valid Driver's License

Physical requirements :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit and talk or hear, use hands to operate, finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.

The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms, lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
