Williams Inc. is growing, and we are seeking a Cabinet Fabricator/installer for our Cabinet Shop in Basehor KS.

Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and join materials using hand and power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such cabinets and sink hardware
- Build wooden structures such as concrete forms, scaffolds, or temporary frame shelters
- Install metal studs framing for walls and ceilings
- Hang doors and install door hardware
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, sinks, or toilets
- Lay tile or flooring materials
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local building codes and regulations

Skills:
- Proficient in carpentry techniques including measuring, cutting, shaping, joining materials using hand and power tools
- Experience with edge banding, line bore, and hinge machine is a plus
- Knowledge of metal stud framing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with flooring installation and tile laying is preferred
- Ability to plumb fixtures
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail

This position offers competitive pay based on experience. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
