Williams Family is Hiring a Nanny (Full-time) Near Fresno, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to provide exceptional care for our two children, an infant and a toddler, in north-east Fresno. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, providing engaging and educational activities, and general family support.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children
  • Supervise and monitor children's activities at all times
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
  • Prepare meals and snacks for children
  • Maintain open and effective communication regarding the children's progress and any concerns that may arise
  • General family support including light house-keeping, meal prep, and laundry

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a nanny (not just as a baby-sitter)
  • Knowledge of infant care, including bottle feeding, diaper changes, and soothing techniques
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly
