Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to assist in running and operating our CNA school. . As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our operations. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with educational standards
- Educate and mentor students, fostering a positive learning environment
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote the organization's mission and initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to fundraise for program expansion and improvement
- Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements:

-Must have License to teach and RN License
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong fundraising skills and experience securing grants or donations
- Excellent curriculum development abilities
- Ability to effectively educate and engage with students of various ages
- Exceptional public speaking skills
- Strategic planning expertise to drive organizational growth
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of staff members
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
