Job Id : 399 # of Openings : 1 Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Entrepreneurial MBA Program Coordinator.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and execution of entrepreneurial MBA program at William Jewell College in partnership with One Day.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of administrative skills, expertise in partnership development, experience in advising and recruiting faculty members and teaching in a related program.
Responsibilities : 1. Program Administration : - Oversee the day-to-day operations of entrepreneurial MBA program, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines, quality and effectiveness.
Manage program budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. - Coordinate logistics for operations to ensure an effective program that meets the needs of a diverse student body.
2. Partnership Development : - Cultivate strategic partnership with One Day to ensure quality and to enhance future program offerings.
5. Program Evaluation and Improvement : - Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Implement changes and enhancements to ensure programs remain current and meet the evolving needs of participants. - Solicit feedback from faculty, students, and partners to continuously enhance program quality.
6. Teaching in the Program - Teaching courses in the Entrepreneurial MBA may be included, dependent upon credentials, particularly in the area of project oversight.
Qualifications : - Masters degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Preference given to those with a completed or in progress doctorate degree.
