Seeking a qualified Inventory Coordinator. Excellent career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring inventory records are accurate

• Coordinating inventory activities with 3rd party stocking locations

• Communicating effectively with internal team about inventory allocations and transactions

• Ensuring inventory transactions are processed in ERP to facilitate customer billing in a timely manner

• Performing physical inventory reconciliations (both desktop audits and in-person counts)

• Providing guidance on inventory replenishments needs

• Researching and resolving inventory discrepancies

• Filing and organizing documents

Inventory Coordinators are an integral part of the team. Successful candidates will bring excellent in-person, verbal, and written communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, and continuously work towards developing new skills. 10% travel is required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

2. 3 or more years of Inventory Management / Control experience.
