William Everett is Hiring an Oracle EBS HR/Payroll Developer Near Chicago, IL

We are currently seeking afull-time, Oracle EBS HR/Payroll Developer who is ready for a challenging, rewarding, and career building experience. The individual hired will work with our partner, a Fortune 500 company, to code and modify websites and web applications, from layout to function and according to the client's specifications.

Experience with:

  • Oracle HRMS Technical (e.g. Tables & APIs)
  • PL/SQL
  • Basic SQL Tuning
  • Workflow
  • Basic Shell (Unix) Scripting
  • Oracle Payroll Technical (e.g. Tables & APIs)
  • Self Service module (i.e. OA Framework) personalization
  • Forms Personalization (Core Forms)
  • BI (XML) Publisher

Preferred Requirements

  • Oracle Forms development
  • Alerts
  • OA Framework development
  • Web ADI
  • TOAD
  • Oracle Workflow Builder?
  • Notepad
  • Inbound / Outbound data interfaces for HR and Payroll with Vendors.
  • OCI experience
  • ServiceNow - SNOW
  • Call center experience
  • Resolve support requests within Service Level Agreement time frames.
  • Assess and triage issues. Escalate issues to management as appropriate.
  • Deliver enhancements following client work request process: Gather Requirements, Design, Build, Test, and Migrate.
  • Using our clients metric based methodology and tools, perform analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Resolve problems and challenging issues/bugs.
  • Track and catalog issues and projects in end client ticket management system.
  • Work on projects in all project phases.
  • Deliver defect-free enhancements that are compliant with industry and application best practices.
  • Participate in user requirement gathering and functional designs.
  • Author technical designs.
  • Exhibit unwavering honesty and integrity.

Physical Demands

  • Can safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
