We are looking for the best and brightest talent in the industry to grow our great team of innovators!POSTION SUMMARY:The Fleet, Facilities, and Safety Manager is primarily responsible for managing all company fleet owned assets (i.e., vehicles, trailers and serialize equipment etc.). This person must be organized, understand the basics of fleet, facilities and safety policies, and capable of refining policies as business needs change over time. This position requires a high level of communication within Willbanks. This person should be someone who is task oriented and capable of effective prioritization as these tasks are often time sensitive and high volume.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Asset Management:
Oversee all fleet documentation, maintenance scheduling, and registration.
Track costs associated with each vehicle for forecasting appropriate decommissioning.
Complete accident/incident reports along with all insurance claims when deemed appropriate.
Maintain cell phone inventory and Verizon Business Manager to ensure minimal unused lines and accurate information.
Decommission of equipment as it surpasses its service life/becomes obsolete.
Oversee & develop safety protocol in compliance with OHSA and US transportation laws & regulations.
Enforce asset policies and coordinate with HR/F&A when employees are responsible for damage to company owned equipment.
Facilities Management:
Oversee building & grounds appearance and maintenance.
Facilitate needed building repairs (plumbing, electrical, roof, AC, lighting, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors that provide services to our offices (i.e., office supplies, break room services, leased printers, etc.). and maintain their organization
Oversee and coordinate disbursement of Willbanks branded merchandise to internal members including tracking and policy adherence.
Coordinate with HR to provide onboarding packages for new hires.
Safety Management:
Administer Company’s Safety Manual and adherence to Policies & Procedures
Manage all OSHA Safety Logs and Reporting Requirements
Maintain all Employee Safety Training Records and Requirements
Promote Company’s Safety Culture
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Advanced Degree preferred
Relevant experience would include general administrator, fleet management, purchasing, or asset management duties in previous employment.
Experience in the boiler, HVAC, plumbing, or other industry related experience preferred.
OSHA 10 Safety Training Certification required.
OSHA 30 Safety Training Certification preferred.
Certified in Production and Inventory Management preferred.
Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) preferred.
Proactive, Organized and able to Manage multiple tasks & projects.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
PTO Allotment of 120 hours / 3 weeks after 90 days of employment
