Job Overview: We are seeking a full-time, compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing high-quality mental health services, developing treatment plans, and participating in community outreach, all within a community setting. • Competitive Salary: $25.00 – $33.00 per hour, plus up to an additional $2,000/year performance-based pay.
• Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,000 to assist with your transition, dependent on relocation distance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough mental health assessments and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Engage in proactive community outreach to aid and educate the local population.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification as a mental health professional; Washington state license (LMHC, LICSW, or similar) strongly preferred. Applicants with equivalent licensure from other states are encouraged to apply, as they may qualify for licensure by endorsement depending on state reciprocity agreements.
• Minimum two years of experience in a mental health or related clinical setting.
• Proven computer skills and efficient time management.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
