Will Way is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Hattiesburg, MS

Will's Way Pediatric Behavioral Therapy, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative BCBA to work in a pediatric clinical setting. Will's Way is a private, BCBA owned company based in Mississippi and is looking for friendly and hard working individuals to join our team. Behavior Analysts at Will's Way are responsible for conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, data collection and display, as well as training and supervising staff in a clinic setting. All applicants should be familiar with the ABLLS, VB-MAPP, and AAC devices.

Responsibilities include:

-Initial intake assessment

-Treatment Plans and Insurance Authorizations

-Data collection management and design

-Parent Training

-Progress Monitoring

-Staff supervision and training

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Dependent on experience; minimum billable hours requirement.

Experience:

  • BCBA: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Supervisor Training Required (Can complete after hire)

License:

  • BCBA Certification and a Mississippi LBA (Required)

Salary: Starts at $60,000 based on experience

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday 8-5;
  • Friday 8-2
