This position will be on site at our facility located at: 1329 Markum Gate Way Fort Worth, TX 76126

Position Summary: The Lease Administrator will be responsible for administrative duties that are involved in sales & leasing real estate, commercial, retail & industrial. They will work closely with property management & construction to ensure the lease process is seamless and efficient.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate lease files and databases, ensuring all lease documents, correspondence, and tenant information are organized and up to date.
  • Generate reports as needed for management and accounting purposes.
  • Gather documents.
  • Upload information into the software system.
  • Create lease abstracts.
  • Prepare Leases, amendments, violations, etc. as needed using our templates.
  • Review LOI’s and lease agreements once received from our attorney.
  • Stay informed about federal, state, and local landlord-tenant laws and regulations. Ensure lease agreements and leasing practices are compliant with applicable laws and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Friendly disposition, personable and professional appearance.
  • Must work independently and as a member of team.
  • Recognizes confidential information and maintains it in accordance with standard procedures.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment providing administrative and/or office support required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with all major and emerging social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to convey marketing concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Commercial real estate experience, preferred.
