We are a niche litigation law firm representing the multi-family housing (apartment) industry. We serve the apartment industry in litigation and other matters, including substantially Fair Housing defense matters. The firm also handles evictions and collections. Our website is www.wilhiteassoc.com. In this role, you will also conduct research, investigations, and manage a large caseload. In addition to written professional training materials and outlines, we offer continual career development through regular interactive sessions, typically at a dry erase board on concepts and procedures such as the legal process and strategies. Compensation is competitive. Some law firm experience a plus but not required.
