ROLE SUMMARY
Join our team as a :Bartender and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Wildflower Farms family, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through making and serving beverages while providing excellent service.
You will use your service and hospitality skillset to exceed all Wildflower Farms / Forbes quality and service standards. This includes but is not limited to:

• Primarily responsible for assisting guests in beverage and drink preparation, and servicing the bar pool area and the restaurant in an efficient and timely manner.

• Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service.

• Comply with the Wildflower Farms standards in use within the Bar and Restaurant outlets.

• Contribute to improving the F&B sales revenues by being knowledgeable about drinks, cocktails, spirits, and other menu items, specials, and prices.

• Accurately and quickly take and place orders and input them into the Micros system ensuring correct timing and billing.

• Prepare the guest check accurately and collect payment or signature, as required.

• Clean, clear, and reset tables as needed.

• Operate, maintain, and properly clean all bar equipment and fittings.

• Ensure that the serving bar is well-stocked at all times.

• Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines.

• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience in a similar position in a luxury boutique hotel is desired.

• Previous Food & Beverage and Bartending experience are required.

• Serve Safe Certification preferred.

• Appearance must be clean and professional with a cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to departmental and operational needs.

• Professional appearance and manner, good character to work on a fast-paced team.

• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse issues and collect accurate information, and resolve problems.

• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
