Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart to ensure efficient seating rotation
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and lobby area
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively, including handling complaints or special requests
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest services
