The role -

We are looking for a self-driven consultant / market manager who wants to be a part of Wild T's rapid growth journey. The consultant / market manager's primary job is to drive sales of Wild T in Philadelphia, PA. The role will entail (a) sales to on-premises accounts such as sports bars, tap rooms, restaurants and pitching Wild T (b) sales to select off-premises accounts (c) conducting product sampling and run promotion programs in on-premises accounts (d) representing the company in beer festivals and food festivals (e) ensuring product placement is visible in accounts being served.

The ideal candidate - 

Must be currently based in Philadelphia, PA. Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in beer / RTD / FMB sales with a top tier alcoholic beverages company or a leading distribution company. Must have a valid driving license and own a car. Work on weekends / evenings may be required. 

Contract and remuneration -

This will be a 1099 contract. The candidate will be remunerated through a well-defined commission structure - there will be no caps on commissions. The candidate can choose between a pure commission model and a retainer / advance against commissions. The company is open to a limited period Summer / Fall contract with a spirits / wine consultant.
