This position will oversee slot performance, data analytics, and project execution across all sites with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement in: profitability, process, strategy, execution, product mix, pricing, and placement. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and enterprise policies and procedures, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.
· Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
· Advisory to the Corporate Director of Slots to aid in developing and ensuring execution of departmental strategy and budgetary goals.
· Assist with CAPEX/OPEX, financial pre-planning, budgeting, procurement, to ensure alignment.
· Oversee slot performance, data, analytics, project execution to ensure profitability and asset protection.
· Ensure product mix, pricing, placement, are continually optimized.
· Evaluate and track leased machines and margins.
· Provide machine/progressive configuration for projects by analyzing PAR sheets and vendor recommendations.
· Assist with managing vendor relationships and provide performance data as needed.
· Provide investigate responses for slot variance findings and yearly adjustments.
· Maintain records for lease agreements and update lease/lease % fee logs.
· Instruct and develop site leadership to embrace a data-driven operational strategy to build the teams’ technical skillset(s).
· Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities as instructed by the Corporate Director of Slots in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work as requested by the Corporate Director of Slots; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business Administration or other business related degree preferred.
2. Solid understanding of slot KPI performance metrics, and optimization activities.
3. Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills.
4. Experience preparing reports and presenting to senior management.
5. Highly-proficient with Excel pivot tables. Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SAS, Insight 24, Cognos preferred.

7. Ability to follow directions and work independently and/or remotely.
8. Ability to work quickly and thoroughly.
9. Must possess strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
