```Overview```
Seeking skilled and experienced Gardeners to create a perennial team. . If you are ecology minded with a desire for a career that restores diversity in landscapes and minimize carbon footprint with bicycle travel this career is for you. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens and landscapes with a bicycle. If you have a passion for gardening and the environment, enjoy working outdoors and want to learn about all aspects of gardening and plants this i the choice for you.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching
- Maintain the overall health and appearance of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete gardening tasks
- Irrigate plants as needed to ensure proper hydration
- Assist with landscape maintenance projects including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden areas
- Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases for appropriate treatment
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute garden designs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in garden maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in gardening
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques
- Understanding of plant care including watering, fertilizing, and pruning
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
