Wild Dunes Resort is Hiring a BUSSER/FOOD RUNNER - $14.00 Near Palms, SC

Summary

Responsibilities:

Clears and resets tables according to specifications of restaurant standards
Adheres to steps of service using the service standards manual
Ensures tables are pre-bussed throughout shift
Removes plates and silverware from table as guests are finished
Ensures silverware is polished and china and glassware is not chipped
Works diligently to avoid breakage and loss
Keeps refillable beverages always full
Notifies server when brining coffee, tea or other beverages to tables to ensure proper charges
Completes all opening, on-going and closing side work and manager on duty as signed off on work
Stocks/restocks appropriate linens
Stocks/restocks work stations with appropriate glasses, plates and saucers
Informs server of any potential guest issues
Removes dishes, glasses, silverware or other item from tables and countertops and takes them to the kitchen for proper sanitation
Provides general resort information for guests
